Vintage Wedding Card
Ah, weddings. Spring is full of weddings and we've got at least two coming up in the next two months. One of which is tomorrow, and leave it to me to wait until the last minute to make a card {shhh don't tell the bride ;) } Maybe it was my urgency to make one before walking out the door, or maybe it was some strange reoccurring incident, but I've been making some gorgeous cards lately!
I've been doing a lot inspiration searching on Pinterest when creating cards and I've been taking notes on layering, textures, and mixed media. I'm a lover of distressing, so the vintage look was a sure bet for this particular wedding card. My Tim Holtz Paper Distresser is my favorite tool paired with a variety of distress ink pads. I even went as far as using the ink on the blue and white string. I also used my Sizzix Big Shot to emboss and cut some of the paper.
I'm not even going to lie. I'm having a real hard time putting this beauty into the envelope to give away. I've fallen in love! Hope you can gain some inspiration through my vintage wedding card!
